Medical & Dental health insurance
Beginning on their first day of work, Forest employees and their spouses/domestic
partners and children are eligible for comprehensive medical and dental insurance
coverage. Our combined PPO/Indemnity plan provides the flexibility to see healthcare
providers in and out of network. Forest is proud to maintain employee contribution
rates that are among the lowest in the industry for high-quality care.
Our Medical plan includes coverage for:

Flexible spending accounts

Even with health insurance they can end up spending out-of-pocket dollars for uncovered
medical expenses. To help employees better prepare for both predictable and unforeseen
expenses while reducing their taxable income, Forest provides employees with the
opportunity to set aside pretax dollars through its Flexible Spending Accounts:

Personal insurance
Forest maintains a comprehensive insurance program for the protection of our employees

- Long-term care insurance
Short-term disability coverage provides employees with financial
security during prolonged periods of illness or injury for up to 26 weeks.
Long-term disability provides insurance coverage if an employee
becomes disabled and unable to work for more than 26 weeks.
Commuter benefit program (New York City, New Jersey and Long Island
facilities) Eligible employees have access to commuting cost savings by
using pretax dollars to prepay certain expenses through convenient payroll deductions.
